1. Service Fees and Labor

Labor charges are non-refundable once services have been performed.

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, as they cover time, expertise, and travel.

2. Parts and Materials

Parts purchased through Mission Ready Auto LLC may be eligible for a refund only if:

The part is unused and uninstalled

Any remaining unused portion of pre-paid services may be credited toward a future appointment at our discretion.
